Exchanges Only – No Refunds

• We do not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges only within 48hrs of delivery.

• Customers must bear the shipping cost for all exchanges.

Exchange Process

• Exchange requests must be made within 48hrs of delivery.
  
  
• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship the product back to us.
  
  
• Once we receive and approve the product (after Quality Check), the exchange will be processed.
  
  
• Exchange delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.

Parts/accessories are missing

Exchange is accepted only if:
